These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the application Prepbook provided by Prepbook Learning Innovation Private Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.
- “User” refers to any individual who accesses or uses the App.
- “Content” refers to any information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, or other materials provided through the App.
- “Freemium” refers to the model allowing users to access a basic version of the App for free while offering paid subscriptions for premium features and content.
By accessing the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You will not access (or attempt to access) the content provided through the App by any means other than through the App unless you have been specifically allowed to do so in a separate written agreement with us. You will not attempt to or engage in any activity that may:
1. Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code related to the App or any part thereof, unless expressly permitted by us in writing or required by applicable law.
2. Use any robot, spider, retrieval application, or other device to retrieve or index any portion of the App or content thereof.
3. Collect information about users of the App for any illegal or unlawful purpose.
4. Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App, or interfere with any other users’ use and enjoyment of the App.
5. Carry out any denial of service (DoS, DDoS) or any other harmful attacks on the App.
6. Disrupt or place unreasonable burdens or excessive loads on the App or interfere with or attempt unauthorized access to the App or any part of it.
All original content created by Prepbook Learning Innovation Private Limited is owned by us and is protected by copyright laws. We strive to comply with fair use guidelines when utilizing third-party content, including news articles, academic papers, and other resources. Our goal is to provide comprehensive analyses and educational materials for exam preparation.
We aim to operate under the fair use doctrine in our use of third-party content, focusing on purposes such as commentary, criticism, education, and analysis. We make every effort to properly attribute third-party content and ensure compliance with applicable copyright laws.
If you think your copyright has been violated, you can report any violation of these Terms by writing to Prathamesh Sonawane, Grievance Officer, at info.prepbook@gmail.com, and we will endeavor to address your concern within 15 days. You can inform us of such violations by writing to us at info.prepbook@gmail.com with:
1. A screenshot of the infringing post; and
2. Your reasons for objecting to such content.
Your reports of violations will be received and acknowledged within 24 hours by our Grievance Officer. We will respond to your reports of violations no later than 15 days by:
1. Taking down such violating content; or
2. Suspending/blocking the violating user's account.
We shall make our best efforts to make the App available to you in the best possible manner. However, we disclaim all warranties in relation to the App, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:
1. The App being constantly available or available at all.
2. Installation or uninstallation choices in relation to the App being successfully executed in all cases.
3. The App will always function without disruptions, delays, or errors.
4. Your personal ability to use the App.
5. Your satisfaction with the use of the App.
6. The accuracy of the data provided by the App.
7. The security and privacy of your data.
8. That all bugs or errors in relation to the App will be corrected.
9. That the App will be compatible with all devices and all networks.
10. That the App is fit for a particular purpose or use.
11. That the App and the contents thereof are accessible in every location.
1. Your use of the App or any content available thereof is entirely at your own risk, and we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, monetary, or any other damages, fees, fines, penalties, or liabilities whatsoever arising out of or relating to your use of the App.
2. You may terminate your access to the App if you are not satisfied with it.
3. You shall defend, indemnify, and hold Prepbook Learning Innovation Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents harmless from and against any claims, actions, demands, liabilities, judgments, and settlements, including reasonable legal fees, that may result from or be alleged to result from:
- Your use of the App; or
- Your breach of any rules, regulations, and/or orders under any applicable law.
4. You are also responsible for any breach of your obligations under the Agreement and/or for the consequences of any such breach.
Users who submit content to the App warrant that such content does not infringe upon any third-party copyright and that they possess all necessary rights to submit said content. Users are responsible for ensuring their submissions comply with all applicable laws.
Users are prohibited from submitting content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these guidelines.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.
The App operates on a freemium and subscription basis, allowing users to access certain basic features and content for free while offering premium features and additional content through subscription plans. Subscription fees will be clearly stated within the App, and you agree to pay any applicable fees associated with your subscription. Subscription plans may vary in terms of duration and features. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App, but refunds for any fees already paid may not be provided.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the App. Your continued use of the App after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and passwords and for all activities that occur under their accounts.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
These Terms of Use represent the entire agreement between you and Prepbook Learning Innovation Private Limited regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Any violation of this agreement may result in legal liability upon you.
